Qurban Schoonmaakdiensten is a sole proprietorship based in Zeist, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86792288. No service desk, no changing faces: the person who cleans your premises is the person you make the arrangements with.
What a one-person business can and cannot do
A large cleaning firm can send five people tomorrow. We cannot, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we can do is keep a building clean the same way for years, with the same person, without you having to explain every month that the meeting room is free on Thursdays.
In practice that means we take on work that fits the route and that we can do with the attention it deserves. If your request does not fit, we say so immediately rather than leaving you waiting for a quote that is not coming.
Why there is no phone number on this site
The owner of this business speaks Turkish and works in the Netherlands. Written Dutch and English are fine; a phone call (bad line, technical vocabulary, a work programme to agree) is where it goes wrong. That serves neither of us.
So everything runs in writing: the form, email and WhatsApp. It is all on record, you get an answer within 1 working day, and no misunderstanding survives into the invoice. If you want to talk something through about a running contract, we schedule a visit on site. That conversation is easier and you can point at what you mean.
English is a first-class option here
Utrecht has a great many offices where English is the working language, and most local cleaning companies treat that as a special case. Our quote, work programme, invoices and correspondence are all available in English. You choose the language in the request form and it stays that way.
How a collaboration starts
- You fill in the request form, or send a WhatsApp.
- Within 1 working day you get a quote with a fixed monthly price and a work programme per room.
- For premises above 250 m² we come and look for twenty minutes first. No obligation, and it saves both of us a price that has to be corrected later.
- Agreed? The first visit is scheduled within two weeks, on a fixed day at a fixed time.
What we do not do
No domestic cleaning in private homes, no exterior work above three floors, and no removal of construction waste. We would rather refer you on than do those things halfway.
