The price is simply on the site.
Almost no Dutch cleaning company publishes rates, and we understand why: a vague “from” price keeps room to charge each client something different. We prefer it the other way round. Below is the hourly rate, and under that what it means per month in your situation.
Fixed contract, fixed day, same cleaner every time. Monthly invoice, one month notice.
Machine work or work at height. Fixed price agreed up front, no post-calculation.
Single job, no contract. Evenings and weekends possible.
All amounts exclude 21% Dutch VAT.
What does it cost per month?
An indication based on regular maintenance at € 32,50 per hour. The lower and upper end of each figure come from the time a building of that size typically takes: a floor full of separate rooms costs more time than an open plan of the same area.

Amounts per month, excluding VAT, rounded. A month averages 4.33 weeks, which is why “once a week” is 4.33 visits and not 4.
What the hourly rate includes
- Cleaning products, cloths and materials.
- Vacuum cleaner and machines, including their maintenance.
- Restocking consumables: soap, paper and towel rolls are charged separately at cost, or you supply them yourself.
- Travel time inside the service area. No call-out charge.
- The same cleaner who knows your building, and one point of contact.
What it does not include
Machine work and work at height (window cleaning, floor maintenance and handover cleaning) falls under the specialist rate. That work gets a fixed price for the whole job agreed in advance, never post-calculated. One-off jobs without a contract fall under the one-off rate, with a minimum of 4 hours.
