Utrecht has a lot of offices where the working language is English, and most Dutch cleaning companies treat that as an exception to be arranged. Here it is a choice in the form: quote, work programme, invoices and every reply arrive in the language you picked, and stay in it.

We work by email, form and WhatsApp rather than by phone. Nothing gets lost in an accent on a bad line, and every agreement is on record for both of us.
One person, not a service desk
The person who cleans your office is the person you make the arrangements with. No ticket numbers, no monthly change of face.

Our hourly rates are on this site, with a worked example per floor area and frequency. You can check whether we are worth a conversation before you spend one.
A work programme you get on paper in advance.
No loose ends. For every room it is fixed what happens and how often, and that document is the annex to your quote.
Office cleaning
Desks, meeting rooms, floors, sanitary areas and the pantry. Bins emptied, door handles and light switches included.
Window cleaning
Inside and outside up to three floors, frames included. Using our own water-fed pole.
Floor maintenance
Machine scrubbing, stripping and coating of hard floors. Periodic deep cleaning of carpet too.
Post-construction / move-out cleaning
After renovation or when moving. The property is handed over fully ready for use, construction dust included.
Sanitary areas
Toilets, showers and changing rooms. Soap, paper and towel rolls restocked.
