What we do, and how often.

For every room it is agreed in advance what happens and at what frequency. That work programme is the annex to your quote: no loose ends, and no argument afterwards about what was or was not included.

Sanitary areas do not have a separate page: they run with the regular maintenance and are covered by the hourly rate.

Combinations

Most buildings need two of these, not four.

A common setup looks like this, and it goes into one quote, with one monthly price.

Office up to 250 m²

Twice a week + glass quarterly

Two hours per visit for the regular work, windows four times a year. The window visit falls on a day we are there anyway, so there is no extra trip to pay for.

Unit with a warehouse

Weekly + floor twice a year

The office part weekly, the hall machine-scrubbed twice a year. Two lines in the work programme, so it is clear what happens where.

Practice or care location

Three times a week, after closing

Treatment rooms and sanitary areas in a fixed order with separate equipment. Always outside consultation hours, always the same person.
