Window cleaning

Glass is the first thing a visitor sees and the last thing anyone thinks about. We do it on a fixed round: four to twelve times a year, depending on where your building sits. An office on a busy through road is dirty again within six weeks; a building on a quiet park lasts a quarter.

Up to three floors we work from the ground with a water-fed pole. That means no ladder against your façade, no scaffolding, and nothing occupying your parking spaces for a day.

What is included

• Exterior glazing up to three floors.
• Interior, combined with a regular cleaning visit by arrangement.
• Frames and rebates are done as part of the job, not billed separately.
• Glass entrance doors and draught lobbies.

Worth knowing

We do not clean glass in freezing weather: the water freezes on the pane and you end up worse off than before. A winter visit then shifts by a few days, and you hear about it in advance. Above three floors, or façades that need a cherry picker, we refer you on.

Price and planning

Window cleaning is priced per visit, as a fixed price. That price is firm once we have seen the building; before that it is an estimate. If you already have a maintenance contract with us, the visit falls inside the same round and there is no separate call-out charge.
